Provides supervised visits and monitored child custody exchange services in a safe environment for families with a history of violence, substance abuse, and/or mental health issues.

Eligibility:

One parent must reside in Lake County (for clients who self-referred or referred from a third party)

Program Fees:

Sliding scale fee based on income.

Intake Process:

Referral required from 19th Judicial Circuit Court, self referrals, or a third party

Documents Required:
-Photo ID (Passport, Consulate, Driver's License, etc.)
-Proof of income
-Court order, if applicable

Volunteer Opportunities:

Facility Management Assistant- Assist in general upkeep of the facility including organizing storage rooms and visitation room, sorting donations, cleaning and disinfecting toys, restocking supplies, and other basic tasks
