Provides one-time financial aid to help individuals and families recover from emergency situations. Aid is available to assist with past due rent, mortgage, and utility bills.

Eligibility:

Must be a resident of Antioch Township and have already applied to:
- Illinois Department of Human Services Family Connection Resource Center for TANF, SNAP, Medicaid, and/or AABD
- Social Security Administration
- Illinois Department of Employment Security

Intake Process:

Call for an appointment or visit during office hours.

Documents required:
- Completed application form.
- Valid photo ID or driver's license with current address.
- Lease or Mortgage agreement, Bank activity statement for the past 30 days.
- Current and past-due bill or late notice (if applicable)
- Proof of income for the past 30 days.

If applicable:
- Proof of application for SSI or SSDI (Physician's note stating medical condition, report of incapacity, determination of disability).
- Award letters from the Illinois Department of Human Services for SNAP, TANF, AABD, Medicaid.
