Offers free health and wellness services for immigrant families residing in Lake County. Provides case management to help families determine health care needs and access care. Includes screenings, referrals, language interpretation, and benefits application assistance. Also offers the following programs:
- Health education on topics catered to the Latino community
- Community garden
- Zumba classes
