Description:
Provides two forms of transportation for older adults to medical appointments and to run personal errands. Offers escorted volunteer transportation for older adults with compromised mobility. Also offers GoGo Service to seniors who can travel independently.
Eligibility:
Must be older adults or adults who are disabled or chronically ill. If people have a wheelchair, it must be able to fold and the person must be able to move independently.

Intake Process:
Call for an appointment - clients must call five business days prior to making an appointment
