Provides transportation services for the following:

PACE/Dial-A-Ride:
- Offers curb-to-curb transportation for medical appointments and personal errands. Services available to older adults and individuals with disabilities.

Half-Fare Taxi Program:
- Offers taxi cab subsidies for older adults and individuals with disabilities. Township will subsidize half of your taxi fare up to $10.00.

Eligibility:

Must be residents of Cuba Township.

Ride Lake County/PACE:
Seniors age 60+ and people with disabilities

Half-Fare Taxi Program:
Must be an older adult (65 years of age and older) or individuals with disabilities.

RTA: Seniors and persons with qualifying disabilities

Set program fee:
- PACE/Dial-A-Ride: One-way fare costs will vary between $2.00 and $6.00

- No fee to apply for taxi coupons

Intake Process:

Call or visit during program hours to apply. Once enrolled, call for reservations at least 7 days in advance for medical appointments or 24 hours in advance for other travel.

Documents required:
- Photo ID (DL or State ID)

RTA:
A completed online application
A copy of a government-issued picture identification card that verifies your age (driver!€™s license, state of Illinois ID card, alien registration card, or passport).
A wallet-sized color photo of yourself that is approximately 2!€³ square. Please do not wear a hat, scarf, or sunglasses in the photo.
Applicants receive permits in approximately 4 to 6 weeks.
