Description:

Provides transportation services for the following:

Offers door-to-door transportation for older adults and people with disabilities via bus or car. Clients may get rides to their medical appointments, visits to Dickinson Hall, or for running errands. Also offers taxi cab coupons for older adults and individuals with disabilities. Coupons are available for travelling within the Lake Forest High School District. Clients can request 16 coupons in a 30-day period.

Eligibility:

- Must be residents of Lake Forest and Lake Bluff and be an older adult ages 50 years and older who cannot drive or people who are disabled (no age limit). For the taxi coupon program, must be an older adult (age 65 years and older) for transportation within the Lake Forest High School District 115 only.

Car and Bus Fees:
- $3 one way
- $2 one way for Benefits Access Program members

Taxi Coupons:
- $3 off ride

Tipping is not permitted.

Intake Process:

Call or visit Dickinson Hall to book reservations 24 hours in advance

Pace:
Registration must be completed one week prior to use of the program.
