Dial-A-Ride Transportation Service:
Offers door to door service to older adults and individuals with disabilities. Residents can access the following services:
- Employment
- Education
- Healthcare
- Community life

Grocery Shopping Transportation
Offers shuttle service for older adults that takes them to grocery stores in the area. Shuttles will pick up residents from the Senior Center.

Medical Transportation
Offers door-to-door services for residents to take them to non-emergency medical appointments. Destinations include doctor's office, dentists' office, pharmacy, and nursing homes.

Must be a Waukegan Township resident
Must be aged 60 years old or older or 16 years or older with a disability
