Description:

Delivers food for a two week period for families that are immobile during the COVID-19 crisis.

Eligibility:

Must be Lake County resident
Must have an inability to leave home and does not have family or friends to assist

No fee

Intake Process:

Clients' referral form must be completed online by the referring agency. Referral required from nonprofits, legislators, religious institutions, or 211.
