Description:
Offers case management services to families and connects them to necessary resources. Areas of need include:
- Parenting classes
- Family counseling
- Health care referrals
- Referrals for domestic violence counseling
- Referrals to other local social service agencies and townships for financial and basic needs assistance
- Referrals to substance abuse treatment, mental health counseling, and anger management
Eligibility:
Must be families with children under 18 years old
Must participate in Parent Education Group
