Description:
Offers guidance and assistance to teen parents. Services include:
- Individual mentoring
- Parenting education
- Mental health counseling
- Financial coaching
- Child care assistance
- Tuition assistance
Provides dinner and child care during weekly meetings.
Eligibility:
- Open to teen parents ages 15 to 22 years old
- Open to teens who are in the third trimester of pregnancy or have given birth and have chosen to parent their child
- Teen clients must be committed to completing high school or transitioning to full-time employment, college course work, or technical/certificate programs
