Description:
Assesses family member's special needs. Ensures them that they are assigned to areas where they can access resources. Helps prepare enrollment forms and forwards them to the Central Screening Committee. Also coordinates with other agencies to provide medical, educational, community, and personnel support.
Eligibility:
Must be part of the military and has a family member with special needs identified during routine healthcare, self-identified, or during Suitability Screening by the Suitability Screening Coordinator
