Description:
Provides home-based, early intervention for children from birth to 3 years old. Helps promote early learning, brain development, and resiliency for young children. Focuses on emotional, linguistic, physical, and social development. Also empowers and trains parents to become their children's first teachers. Services include:
- Individual family home visits
- Group parenting training sessions
- Center-based group activities
- In-home developmental screenings
- Connects parents with community resources and developmental and educational information
Eligibility:
Must be low-income pregnant women or women with children birth to 3 years of age.
Must be Lake County resident.
