Description:

Provides affordable health insurance for children regardless of immigration status or health condition. Covers doctor visits, hospital stays, prescription drugs, vision care, dental care, and eyeglasses. Also covers regular check-ups and immunizations (shots). Special services are also covered, including medical equipment, speech therapy, and physical therapy.

*Effective 7/1/2022, children enrolled in All Kids Share, Premium Level 1 and Premium Level 2 are now eligible under the All Kids Assist program.*

Eligibility:

- Must be Illinois resident under the age of 18
- Must meet insurance requirements for All Kids (visit website for details)
- Family's income must meet the following income criteria:

3 $42,684 to $64,932
4 $51,432 to $78,228
5 $60,168 to $91,524
