Description:
Provides family preservation support to families at-risk for child abuse. Offers counseling to families in crisis and post adoption. As well as children with sexual behavior problems.
Eligibility:
Referred to CYN by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services.

Accepts Medicare
Sliding scale fee and some free programming to those that qualify.
