Description:
Provides pro-bono assistance to low-income renters that are facing housing problems such as:
- Evictions (5-Day Notice, 10-Day Notice, 30-Day Notice, etc.)
- Landlord-renter disputes
- Conditions/repairs
- Breaking a lease
- Illegal lockouts
- Termination from subsidy
- Reasonable accommodations
- Rental assistance applications
- Security deposit
Please note we do not represent landlords or homeowners, nor do we assist with fair housing cases.
Eligibility:
Must be individuals living or working in Lake County and have an income at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level
