Description:

Offers education and career development for youth in Northern Lake County. Participants receive a stipend while earning a high school diploma. Provides college and career readiness training, and the following supportive services:
- Mental health and substance abuse counseling
- Food, shelter, and transportation assistance
- Childcare assistance
- Legal aid
- Financial management assistance

Also offers the Pre-Apprenticeship program for young adults who already have a high school diploma. Participants earn a stipend while receiving job training for a career in the construction industry.

Eligibility:

Must be low-income youth, ages 16-24 years old, residing in Lake County

For the Pre-Apprentice program:
- Must be 18 years of age or older, and possess a high School diploma or G.E.D.
