Description:
Distributes free diapers to families struggling to afford them. Period products are also offered at no cost. Individuals and families can come twice a month to receive supplies, but not twice in the same week. There must be a full 7 days between visits. Offer incontinence supplies for older adults, people with disabilities and children with special needs.
Eligibility:
Must be an Illinois or Wisconsin resident - services provided for families and children. For incontinence supplies, must be ages 65 years or older or ages 5-64 years old with special needs with a doctor's note/diagnosis.

Visit website to register - online registration is required 24 hours prior to visit
Documents required:
- Online client intake form
- Government issued photo ID for parent (state ID, driver's license, military ID, passport, VISA)
- Birth certificate for any child in need of diapers
-Children over the age of 4 need:
- Prescription of incontinence or IEP/doctor's note with diagnosis (for incontinence supplies)
- MediCare or MediCaid card (for incontinence supplies)
