Description:
Provides nutritional services for cancer patients and caregivers. Services provided by Board-Certified Oncology Dietitian and include:
- Individual nutrition consultation
- Cooking classes
- Cancer diet education lectures
Also offers Weight Loss for Wellness:
- Group that focuses on healthy lifestyle habits following cancer treatment
Eligibility:
Must be individuals aged 18 years or older who are:
- Cancer patients (including individuals who are newly diagnosed, in treatment or living with chronic or recurrent cancer)
- Cancer survivors (ranging from individuals who recently completed treatment to survivors who completed treatment within the last five years)
- Caregivers to an individual with cancer
