Description:
Provides a health care-based violence intervention program to survivors of intentional trauma. Comprehensive services include:
- Case management
- Individual and group therapy
- Support and advocacy groups
- Medication management
- Safety and self-care guidance
Eligibility:
- Open to individuals 10 years of age and older
- Trauma incident must have occurred within three years; No time limit on trauma involving homicide
Languages:
- Spanish
- Interpreter services available
