Provides supervised visitation and a safe space for child-custody exchange. Intended for families with history of violence, substance use, or mental health issues.

Eligibility:

- Open to all
- One parent must reside in Lake County

Sliding scale fee based on income

- Call for intake
- Accepts referrals from 19th Judicial Circuit Court, self referrals, or a third party

-Photo ID (Driver's License, Passport, Consulate etc.)
-Proof of income
-Court order, if applicable

- Tape, paper, envelopes, staplers, binder clips, tape, scissors, mailing labels, journals/ notebooks.

Volunteer Opportunities:

1. Volunteer Facilitator - Assist with client needs, supervise visitation and child custody exchanges, answer telephone and communicate messages to appropriate staff, assist with general upkeep of visitation spaces.

2. Facility Management Assistant - Assist in general upkeep of the facility including organizing storage rooms and visitation room, sorting donations, cleaning and disinfecting toys, restocking supplies, and other basic tasks
