Offers affordable integrative healthcare for individuals of all ages. Outpatient health services include:
- Adult and senior health
- Infant, children and teen health
- Reproductive health, family planning, and prenatal care
- Dental care
- Behavioral health and counseling
- Substance use treatment services
- Medication-Assisted Treatment

- Interpreter services available

Program Fees:

- Accepts Medicaid and most private insurances
- Sliding scale fee if no insurance

*No one will be turned away due to inability to pay
