Description:
Provides in-home support services to help prepare children under the age of three for preschool. Provides activities and education to ensure the child meets developmental milestones. Also offers monthly group classes for participants and prenatal classes for pregnant mothers.
Eligibility:
- Must be Lake County families with children from birth to 3 years of age
- Total gross income must fall at or below 185% of the U.S. Poverty Income Guidelines
