Description:
Provides an opportunity for activity and social engagement for older adults with early-stage memory loss. Allows a brief period of rest for caregivers and family members. Program follows the early-stage Alzheimer's social model and does not provide medical care.
Eligibility:
Must be individuals with Alzheimer's or related dementia ages 60 years and older

Set Program Fee: $45.00 per day
