Offers temporary financial assistance for Township residents in need. Provides temporary relief during times of hardship or while waiting for public assistance. Funds help pay basic living expenses, which may include medical costs.

- Copy of rental lease or mortgage payment
- Paycheck stubs for every member of the family for the past 30 days
- Public Aid applications/Medicaid card/Link card

- Copy of the most recent bank statements; savings and checking
- Copy of last year's Income Tax return
- Birth Certificates for all family members
- Legal resident card/Green card
- Social Security cards for each member of the family
