Description:

Provides assistance with processing and submitting applications for NICOR Gas Sharing Program. The NICOR Gas Sharing Program offers one-time financial assistance for energy and gas bills to qualified residential customers. Clients can receive a grant depending on their Nicor account balance.

Eligibility:

- Must a resident of Lake County and meet income requirements
- Applicants must also be ineligible for State or Federal energy assistance programs (CEDA or LIHEAP)
- Customers must meet income guidelines of 201% to 300% of the FPL
