Description:

Provides short-term residential treatment program for adults with substance use disorder. Provides individualized treatment plan including the following services:
Individual, family and group counseling
Substance use disorder counseling
Medication-Assisted Treatment (detoxification)
Dual diagnosis treatment
12 Step programs

Eligibility:

Adults (18 years and older)

Services fees vary, accepts Medicaid and private insurance
