Description:

Provides apartments for income-eligible persons aged 62 years and older. The building has elevators, easily accessed laundry facilities and a community room. Offers different activities such as:

-Cards
-Music
-Potluck parties
-Holiday dinners
-Educational, Spiritual and Social programs

Eligibility:

- Must be older adults 62 years of age and older with low income
- Annual income must not exceed $39,250 for a single person nor $44,850 for two persons
