Description:
Offers clinical and faith-based counseling services for children, adolescents, and adults. All counseling sessions are via telehealth. Includes specialties such as marriage, bereavement, and abuse counseling.
Eligibility:
Open to all, ages three years and older

Program Fees:
- Accepts most private insurance; Does not accept Medicare or Medicaid
- Sliding scale fee based on income for uninsured patients: $45 - $175 per session
Intake Process:
Call to complete a brief phone intake
Documents Required:
- Proof of health insurance, if applicable
- Proof of income, if sliding scale
- Intake Questionnaire from the website
