Description:
Offers the following activities and services to seniors:
- Transportation for medical appointments
- Medical Equipment Lending Closet (loans medical equipment for up to three months to residents of Lake Forest and Lake Bluff)
- Medicare and insurance information and assistance
- Social services advocacy and benefits assistance
- Health and fitness programs
- Educational programs
- Trips and tours
Eligibility:
- Must be an older adult, 50 years of age and older
- Must be resident of Lake Forest or Lake Bluff to borrow medical equipment
Languages:
None
Program Fees:
- Resident membership fee: $35.00 per person or $55.00 per family
- Non-resident membership fee: $45.00 per person or $75.00 per family
- Reduced fees available for low-income and Benefits Access Program participants
