Offers a day program for adults with developmental disabilities. Activities include:

- Health and wellness
- Relationship building
- Community explorations
Eligibility:
- Must be individuals with disabilities who have graduated high school or are at least 18 years old
- All new members must participate in a New Member Orientation to register for CEL Programs
