Description:
Provides evaluation to determine treatment plan for individuals facing DUI charges.
Eligibility:
Open to individuals 16 years or older with a current DUI charge
Languages:
Spanish
Program Fees:
Sliding scale fee based on income
Intake Process:
If unavailable during walk-in hours, call to schedule an assessment appointment
Documents Required:
Please visit the Client Forms page on website and complete the required documentation steps prior to appointment:
- Drivers abstract obtained within the last 30 days from the Secretary of State
- Notice of Summary of Suspension (white sheet of paper issued at the time of the arrest)
- Referral slip from court
- Attorney's name, address, and phone number
