Description:
Provides individuals with disabilities the opportunity to be involved in community programs. Provides accommodations for youth, teens, and adults to participate in the following:
- General recreation programs
- Sports
- Day programs (adults only)
- Special Olympics and other special events
- Cultural events
- Weekend trips
Eligibility:
Must be individual diagnosed with a physical or cognitive disability

Intake Process:
- Call to schedule an assessment for inclusion services
- A minimum of three weeks' notice is required prior to the start of the program to arrange appropriate accommodations
Documents required:
- Registration form (for new clients)
- Annual information form (for returning clients)
