Provides families with children under age 3 with suspected developmental delays service coordination of early intervention services including evaluations, connecting eligible families to therapies, community resources and transition.
Services include:

Developmental screening for evaluation
Developmental assessment for case management
Speech therapy
Developmental therapy
Physical therapy
Occupational therapy
Assistive technology devices

Services are tailored to each child's needs based on the level of delay experienced by the child.
