Provides medical services primarily to low-income and Spanish-speaking immigrant families in Lake County. Services include:
- Urgent care
- Primary care
- Mental health counseling
- Prenatal care
- Nutrition consultation
- Fitness classes

Program Fees:
Accepts private insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare
Fixed fee for uninsured patients:
- First visit is $50
- Each visit after is $35
- Lab fees are an additional charge and vary in cost
