Description:

Offers meal delivery service for individuals in need. Delivers up to two fresh meals daily and provides informal wellness check. Also offers pet food delivery for no additional charge.

Eligibility:

Must live in Northeastern Illinois (includes Lake County)

Program Fees:

- Set program fee: $10.00 per meal
- No fee to add on pet food delivery
