Description:

Offers door-to-door transportation for seniors and individuals with disabilities. Priority is given to non-emergency medical appointments, but may also be used for errands. Vans include a wheelchair lift.

Also offers assistance with RTA applications for seniors and individuals with disabilities. RTA passes allows seniors and individuals with disabilities to receive discounted transportation rates.

Eligibility:

- Must be residents of Moraine Township who are 65 years of age or older, or individual with a disability
- Destination must be within 15 miles of Township boundaries

Passengers requiring a wheelchair must be accompanied by a caregiver. Caregivers ride free.

Intake Process:

Call to schedule a ride. Reservations may be made up to one week or at least 48 hours in advance. For RTA application assistance, call or visit during program hours.
