Description:

Offers door-to-door transportation for seniors and individuals with disabilities. Priority is given to non-emergency medical appointments, but may also be used for errands. Vans include a wheelchair lift.

Also offers assistance with RTA applications for seniors and individuals with disabilities. RTA passes allows seniors and individuals with disabilities to receive discounted transportation rates.

Eligibility:

Moraine Township residents (age 65 and older) or people with a disability

Set Program Fee:
$4.00 one way trip
$2.00 one way trip for income eligible

Intake Process:

Call for ride reservation betweeen one week and two days prior to day of ride
