50/50 Taxi Program

Description:

Offers half-price taxi fares for older adults or people with disabilities. Registered participants can purchase monthly taxi coupons from the Village of Vernon Hills. Coupons can be used for local transportation with the American Taxi Company only.

Eligibility:

Must be resident of Vernon Hills 62 years of age or older, or individual with a disability 18 years or older

Set Program Fee:
- One coupon costs $1.50 and has a value of $3.00
- Coupons are sold in $15 increments
- Maximum coupons per household per month is $75.00

Visit website for application. Mail completed application or visit during program hours to apply.
