Description:

Provides intensive outpatient treatment program (IOP) for adults with substance use disorder. Provides individualized treatment plan and includes the following services:
Individual, group, and family therapy
Medication-Assisted Treatment
Dual diagnosis treatment
Motivational interviewing

Eligibility:

Adults (18 years and older)

Languages:

None

Program Fees:

Services fees vary, accepts Medicaid and private insurance
