Description:

Investigates various housing cases and provides legal information on fair housing rights. Points of investigations and services include:
Possible housing discrimination
Community legal education
Assisting clients to resolve fair housing disputes with housing providers
Helping clients with disabilities obtain reasonable accommodations and modifications in housing

Eligibility:

Lake County residents with household size and income at or below 125% of the Federal Poverty Lvel or 200% of the Federal Poverty Level if the household has certain qualifying expenses
