Description:

Provides early childhood developmental screenings for residents of Antioch School District. Determines eligibility for Preschool for All program and/or other special education services. Administered at Mary Kay McNeill Early Learning Center.

Eligibility:

- Must be resident of Antioch School District #34
- Child must be between 2 years 10 months - 5 years old on or before the date of the screening

Intake Process:

Call for information or complete request form online. Must select Mary Kay McNeill Early Learning Center, then Preschool for All. Screening request form can be found on the right side. A program manager will reach out within one business-day of request.

- Proof of Income
- Child's Physical/Immunization Records
