Description:

Mobile pantry that distributes free diapers and hygiene products. Offers free diapers, pull-ups, and wipes to families with children under the age of 4.

Also distributes feminine hygiene products for women in need. Offers incontinence supplies for seniors, and individuals with a disability or special needs.

**Distribution Site: Lake County Health Department**

Eligibility:

For diapers/pull-ups and wipes:
- Must be an Illinois or Wisconsin resident with children between the ages of newborn - 4 years old

For feminine hygiene products:
- Open to all women

For incontinence supplies:
- Seniors and individuals with disability must be 65 years of age or older
- Individuals with special needs must be 4-64 years old with a doctor's note/diagnosis

Intake Process:

Documents Required:
- Government issued photo ID for parent (state ID, driver's license, military ID, passport, VISA)
- Birth certificate for any children

For incontinence supplies:
- Medicare or Medicaid card
- Prescription of incontinence or IEP or doctor's note with diagnosis
