Description:
Offers Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for individuals with opioid addiction. Includes assessment, counseling, methadone or suboxone treatment, and referrals to other agencies as needed.
Eligibility:
Adults (18 years and older) or youth (age 17 years) with parental consent

Set Program Fee
$65-$70 per week, accepts Medicaid and Medicare
