Description:
Offers Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for individuals with opioid addiction. Includes assessment, counseling, methadone treatment, and referrals to other agencies as needed.
Eligibility:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have been using opioids for a minimum of one year
- Will accept individuals 17 years of age, with parental consent and two failed attempts at abstinence within a 12-month period

Program Fees:
Set Program Fees
- Intake fees/first visit: $195 includes assessment, counseling, first week's doses
- Ongoing treatment: $65 per week, higher doses require $5 extra
- Accepts Illinois Medicaid

Call to apply or visit during intake hours (Monday and Thursdays 5:30 AM - 11:30 AM)
