Offers resources and services designed to meet the learning needs of the community. Also provides programs that introduce and encourage reading. Resources include:
- Public computer and internet access
- Voter registration services
- Test proctoring
- Book delivery for individuals unable to visit the library
- Community visits to schools, retirement homes, and assisted living facilities

Open to all; must be a Lake County resident to obtain a library card
