Description:

Provides supportive services for veteran households who are homeless or at-risk. Aims to prevent homelessness, or provide rapid rehousing for veteran families experiencing homelessness. Provides case management, financial assistance, and outreach services, including:
- Rent and utility payment assistance
- Emergency hotel voucher
- Security and utility deposit
- Car repairs
- Child care
- Moving costs
- Employment services
- Legal services
- VA benefit application assistance

Eligibility:

- A member of the family must be a veteran
- Household must meet low-income requirements
- Must provide proof of homelessness or threat of losing housing
