Description:
To prevent HIV infections and STIs in Lake County, the program will assists clients with:
- HIV Testing
- Medical Benefits navigation
- ART and PrEP Medication
- Adherence counseling
- Linkage to other health services such as HIV and general medical care, behavioral health services, and mental health counseling.
- STI testing
- Hepatitis C testing and treatment
- Syringe support services
*The program is also assisting with the current U.S. monkeypox outbreak. If you think you may have been exposed or have symptoms, call your healthcare provider or Need2Know Lake County.*
