Description:
Provides sexual health services for Lake County residents ages 12 years and older. Provides comprehensive care and prevention services, including:
- HIV testing, counseling, and care
- Hepatitis C screening, counseling, and care
- Hepatitis A/B and HPV vaccinations
- STI testing, counseling, and treatment
- LGBTQ+ and gender health services
- PrEP and nPEP medication
- Support groups
- Needle exchange
- Safe sex supplies
- Referrals for related medical and behavioral health services
Eligibility:
- Must be Lake County residents 12 years of age or older
- Adolescents 12 years of age and older do NOT require parental consent
Languages:
- Spanish
- Interpreter services available upon request
Program Fees:
- Fees vary
- Accepts state insurance
- Accepts private insurance
Intake Process:
- Call for appointment; limited walk-ins available
- Appointments for STI testing cannot be made more than 48 hours in advance
