Description:

Provides free in-home birth education and support to low-income families. Services include:
Prenatal and postpartum home visits
Labor and delivery support
Breastfeeding support
Transportation to doctor's visits
Nutrition education

Eligibility:

Pregnant women or parents of newborns (birth-6 weeks) with household size and income at or below 185% Federal Poverty Level

Languages:

Spanish
