Description:
Provides medical alert system for income-qualified Township seniors and residents with disabilities. Medical alert system transmits a signal and dispatches help for individuals experiencing a medical emergency.
Eligibility:
- Must be Moraine Township resident 65 years or older, or individual with a disability of any age
- Income must be less than:
$33,562 for one person household
$44,533 for a two person household
Asset limit is set at $10,000
