Description:

Offers a wide range of application assistance services for programs, such as:

- Food Stamps (SNAP)
- Medicaid for Health Care insurance
- Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
- Qualified Medicare Beneficiary (QMB)
- Benefit Access Program (Free Transit for seniors and individuals with disabilities, License Plate Discount)
- Regional Transportation Authority (RTA)
- Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)

Must be a citizen of the U.S. or legal permanent resident for at least 5 years and a Lake County resident
