Offers the following transportation services for Waukegan Township seniors:

Weekday Medical Transportation
Provides curb to curb transportation for medical appointments within the township. Rides must be requested in advance. Shuttle runs weekdays only and is equipped with a wheelchair lift.

Weekend Transportation
Provides curb to curb transportation on weekends for travel within 10 miles. Rides must be requested in advance. Walking aids must be able to fold down for storage.

Transit Card
Issues a debit card to be used for personal transportation services. Funds can be used for any type of transportation service including taxis and ride shares.

Eligibility:

- Must be Waukegan Township 55 years of age or older
- For weekend transportation, travel must be within 10 miles of residence

Intake Process:

For Weekday Medical Transportation:
- No application required
- Must call at least three days in advance to schedule a ride

For Weekend Transportation:
- Visit in-person or online for program application
- Must call by Friday to schedule weekend ride/s

For Transit Card:
- Visit in-person or online for program application
- A debit card will be issued by mail and automatically loaded with $18.00 on the first of each month

Documents required, for Transit Card only:
- Photo ID
- Current utility bill with name and address
