Offers monthly financial support for residents who cannot work or are seeking employment. Provides support for basic needs including rent, utilities, medical expenses, and food.
Eligibility:
- Must be resident of Waukegan Township or Shields Township
- Must have a medical condition that prevents individual from being able to work, or must be seeking employment
- Must attend monthly workshops while enrolled in program

- Agency Release of Information Form
- Physician's note stating individual cannot work due to medical condition/s
