Description:
Offers monthly financial support for Waukegan and Shields Township residents who are indigent and cannot work or are seeking employment. Provides support for rent, utilities, medical expenses, and other basic needs.
Eligibility:
- Must be resident of Waukegan Township or Shields Township
- Must have a medical condition that prevents individual from being able to work, or are seeking employment
- Must attend monthly workshops while enrolled in program

- GA application (provided during intake appointment)
- Physician's note stating individual cannot work due to medical condition/s
